Plan and execute inventory strategies to support sales objectives and make recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations. Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste and optimize customer service.Manage activities related to planning, inventory control, warehousing and receiving.Lead and maintain import compliance for Customs, FDA and other regulatory agencies including record keeping & lot code tracking. Manage and maintain records of all import orders. Manage intake of import containers from port to warehouse partner.Negotiate terms with suppliers, vendors and logistics partners.Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other areas such as sales, marketing, finance, and order processing.

Manage Customer Service while communicating effectively and efficiently to uphold 98% customer satisfaction level.Maintain customer records from order creation to delivery including purchase order, bill of lading and POD.Work with Sales Team to establish promotions calendar and enter into CRM system. Verify pricing and terms on every order.Manage, track and report on warehouse partner and 3rd party logistics team to ensure SOP's on order status, quality and delivery requirements are achieved. Conduct weekly status meeting to discuss performance feedback, production forecasts or changes while maintaining expected service levels. Process intake of import containers from port to warehouse partner.Perform monthly inventory reconciliation. Manage inventory control and review movement monthly. Perform daily inventory adjustments as needed. Work with Finance team to confirm inventory and monthly balances.New item management - Communicate and manage introduction of new items with warehouse partner. Work with Supply Chain Manager to establish specification on new items. Work with Sales on pricing and establishing promotions.Process freight claims for shorts and damages with warehouse and 3rd party logistics team. Satisfy customer service levels on all product returns.
