My Duties: * Report to Program Manager and Project Director in the project * Setup and manage QA team* Ensure project plan is detailed for all QA tasks, owned and assigned to the appropriate resources.* Review Vendor's deliverables and activities based on the agreements in SOW * Monitor Vendor's project team and provide necessary coaching in terms of project management * Facilitate communication meetings as per communication plan * Generate reports as per communication plan to ensure project director and program manager get crystal clear project status periodically * Escalate any critical issues to internal steering committee and follow the final decisions * Work closely with Business SMEs to resolve communication and culture issues with Vendor* Manage change control process and ensure all CRs can be processed appropriately * Allocate tasks to QA team members, including System architect, Data architect, and Test Architect, and facilitate performance appraisals.* Manage project risks and track mitigations

My Duties:- Responsible for the whole lifecycle of the project from pursuit support to the delivery and take End-to-End project management accountability;- Participate in all phases of projects, including leading presales, proposing total solution, and managing the application services such as applications development, applications management in enterprise application area;- Work with other senior consultants and client project management team in determining project approach, scope, deliverables, time and cost estimates;- Participate in client communications and understand complex elements of clients’ business. Work with client management to identify opportunities for HP BAS China, establish relationships with key stakeholders as trusted advisors and deliver strategic projects;

My Duties:- Providing overall direction and management for medium to large sized enterprise projects.- Working with customers and IT management, develops proposal, detailed specifications, test plans, security requirements, cost estimates, resource requirements and post-implementation review on projects.- Implementing project requirements through purchased software and/or internally developed software solutions to meet customer requirements. - Working closely with Business Process Owners in defining and implementing applications based on Business Process Improvements.- Providing work direction and leadership to project or resource teams.- Accountable for the quality and delivery of business systems’ commitments on schedule, within prescribed resource limits (including financial), and in accordance with client requirements and departmental standards under company control environment.- Leading professional teams to insure project commitments are met.

(One is in China, and the other is in Korea.)
