I have been in the Education Industry in Taiwan for the past 20 years. I have been in a variety of different roles such as an administrator, teacher and staff. I also have experience in College Counseling as I was the Homeroom Teacher and College Counselor for over 70 students in 4 years at a prestigious bilingual school in Taipei. I have also been the Dean of Academic Affairs for a small international boarding school in Yilan where I was in charge of the teaching quality of the teachers and faculty hiring. I was also the Dean of Student Affairs for a year where I was in charge of students' community services hours and extracurricular activities.
