• Responsible for the destination of Laminated Roll that’s been shipped from Japan to Savannah, GA or Charleston, SC Port and the delivery to Fujifilm Plants in Greenwood SC• Proficiently and accurately prepares and manages detailed production schedules and status reports to meet customer delivery requirements • Release work orders in SAP • Draft and create coating plans for color paper and ink jet paper for manufacturing to coat and ship to customers • Generate and release instructions for production/shipments based on monthly requirements. Creates and maintains master data• Coordinates daily schedules based on product type, delivery requirements and quantity needed for the month • Organizes, files, copies and distributes instruction sheets in Excel to the designated areas • Works with various departments to troubleshoot issues to eliminate interruptions• Work closely with the Engineering Department to make sure plans are correct • Distribute work to the team in the shipping and receiving department of the laminated rolls to be tilted • Responsible for shipping and receiving to move laminated rolls from one plant to another in a timely manner • Inventory control
