Managed Control Review Package (CRP) to provide Analytical Commentary to Management to explain the business reason for significant material increases/decreases in Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheet. To ensure Company’s internal financial statements used by management are not materially misstated. Manage high level reviews financial statement reporting, budgeting process, forecasting and standard management reporting, identify unexpected trends, material changes and changes that deviate from business expectations. Ensure budget forecasts meet the actual budget projections. Manage revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease (ASC 842) requirement and review present and future state. Utilize FRP DIT (Data integrity Tool) to review Financial Reports line submission prior to consolidation upload. Review root cause analysis related to chart of accounts directory flow to align to consolidated system upload to corporate. Managed domestic, international, property tax reporting and Government regulatory Census global reporting. Work globally with stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve data integrity and check for ERP system interface. Leverage processes and technology teams to improve effectiveness and efficiency in financial reporting. Managed shared services Accounting and Finance teams closing and financial reporting to consolidated ledger. Trained CBS CAF team (shared services) on financial package reviewing. Manage KPMG external audit process including collaboration preparation with business segments for audit readiness.
