After training and working at various top advertising agencies, went on to be promoted to Board Director and Head of Art Buying at McCann-Erickson Worldwide Advertising Agency and was responsible for all negotiations and project management of several major worldwide campaigns.Having spent 11 glorious years there, it was time to spread my wings and start up my own independent creative services company to cover both stills and motion. It was an area I felt my experience would be invaluable to agencies working on global accounts where I could deal with several Countries and, if necessary, different agencies involved on the campaign. To be the support and right hand to Creatives and Account Management to ensure the smooth running in all areas.I teamed up with Jo Noon who had produced many incredible shoots for high end photographers at Hamiltons and with her experience on the Agent side and mine at major advertising agencies having commissioned renowned talent worldwide, NOONWRIGHT was born! We have worked with many top Creative teams from London, Amsterdam, Brussels, New York, Paris, Malmo, Moscow, Qatar suggesting talent, negotiating all fees, production and project managing throughout, securing all usage and worldwide rights. We have organised filming for clients on some campaigns to show the background of major shoots, eg with Sir Don McCullin, filmed by Clive Booth. These documentaries were used for various promotions. NOONWRIGHT also collaborated with a Swedish partner to produce an exhibition in Malmo of 52 highly acclaimed photographers. It was so well received that it was exhibited around Europe! It eventually culminated in a book called Photography in Advertising. Being independent, allows us to source talent worldwide without restrictions, to offer a bespoke service and peace of mind throughout the creative process, to ensure budget control and all creative and technological results are expertly achieved for our clients.
