 Responsible for positions across multiple business groups in China including EA Create Studio, Digital platform, EA China Studio, APAC roles and other supporting functions. Partner with hiring managers and all the stakeholders to align on the recruitment planning, position requirement, hiring process and expectation of candidates. Build up a diverse talent pipeline by direct sourcing, researching industry trends, engaging with vendors/ universities/ communities, attending conferences or events, networking and promoting corporate referral programs. Full life-cycle recruitment including job posting, CV screening, phone interview, test/formal, interview arrangement, reference check conduction, feedback collection, debrief meeting, offer proposal/ negotiation and on boarding arrangement. Maintain and improve good candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process and sell EA opportunities. Develop and manage the relationship with all the vendors and be responsible for headhunter evaluation and selection. Research and document industry and market intelligence, proactively provide feedback to the business. Also build a good relationship with hiring managers and business leads. Trainer of interview training (Hiring for Results) for the hiring managers and interviewers in China to build efficient and diverse recruiting culture within EA China. Lead the campus/ intern recruitment program including program planning and execution, online test/onsite interview arrangement, host the open-day events, new grad candidate evaluation, and other related work. Engage in the employer branding to promote EA as the best place to work at. Other talent acquisition programs including salary survey, alumni events, etc. Track critical recruitment data, produce regular/ ad-hoc metrics and reports on recruiting data to business. Host regular hiring meetings with business to update latest hiring status and better understand business demands.

 Responsible for all level positions across multiple mobile game development studios. Positions including but not limited to Game Designers, Artist, Engineer, QA, Data Analyst, IT, Operations, and etc. Work closely with Hiring Managers to identify the position requirements and expectation. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, cold calls, position selling, CV screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation. Actively partner with the business and PR team, successfully built up an off-site QA center (20 people). Gaming talent mapping via online research, collection, connection with candidates and agencies. Coordinate with C&B, IT, Admin for onboarding new hires. Help on the work visa, work permit application for the HMT/foreign new Recruits. Follow up with the new hires on their status after start date until the end of probation via 1:1 communication to help them adapt into the team asap.

 Responsible for a game development team and operation team in Shanghai. As the only HR in Shanghai branch office and reported to HRD, I was responsible for HR full-function work including recruitment (50%), training (20%), HR operation (30%). Successfully built up the first entire game development team (100 people) in Shanghai in a year. Responsible for searching candidates, cold calls, CV filtering, interview arrangement, feedback collection, offer negotiation. Employee on boarding/ exit procedure, signing labor contract and contract renewal, employee 1:1, on board/ offboard interviews. Design the probation questionnaire on company policy, host regular probation exam on company procedure. Conduct new hire orientation, language training for Chinese/non-Chinese employees and other training demands collection. Talent review, planning and PIP. Responsible for monthly social insurance/ house funding data collection, system operation and payments for 4 entities in Shanghai.  Work with finance, C&B and external agency on social insurance audit. Finished 100 employee entity transition. Organize annual medical examination, various team building events and birthday parties. Submit work certificates/ permit and commercial insurance application for foreign employees. Manage and analyze employee attendance data. Provide weekly/ monthly/ annual HR reports. HR related documents translation.

 Responsible for onboarding, probation evaluation, contract renewal and terminations procedures. Submit work visa, work certificate, work permit and residence permit application for foreign employees. Submit residence integral and Shanghai Hukou application for Chinese employees. Analysis of HR data and provide HR reports. Manage and maintain data in HR system. Support on company events planning and execution. Support on candidate sourcing and campus hiring.
