This position was located in a call center within the Company’s forward mortgage servicing business. I worked independently on a team located in Orlando, Florida. I was responsible for mortgage debt collections. My roles was to make phone calls to homeowners to collect loan payments, resolve delinquent loans, and address customer service inquiries through retention and liquidation strategies while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, courteous customer service, and promptness in all interactions. I was required to adhere to investor servicing guidelines, internal policies, and procedures.

Volunteering as a student demonstrator at 14, I found my love for teaching while attending Patricia Williams School of Dance. I started training there at age 10, moving on to student demonstrator, student teacher, and instructor. As an instructor, I also assisted the Owner with developing new dances in tap, jazz, ballet, and acrobatics for the students aged 3 to adult. After graduating from high school, my responsibilities increased with managing the dance studio when Ms Williams was not available, assisting with the development of not only the individual dances but also the concerts and annual recitals, and organizing the dance teams for local, regional and national competitions.
