Born in 1968. I am married and a mother of four. I have been a Licensed Cosmetologist specializing in color, since 1993. I am also a Zone and Cube Certified Meal planner, BCRPA certified in Group fitness and weight training since 1996. I teach and train at Fitness World Canada and Westshore Recreation in Victoria, BC. I am a retired IFBB Professional Fitness competitor. I have judged amateur shows for INBF, OCB, and Fame. In 2002 I achieved my WNBF Pro card in fitness by Winning Ms. Exercise World. I also competed in figure division while training with the Texas Shredder - Dave Goodin from 2004 - 2005. I have been training with Mike Davies since 2005 and also trained with National and Canadian Muay Tai Champion Julia Budd of Gibsons in Port Moody BC. I am continuously seeking out new trainers to work with, so I can learn different approaches and techniques in training. I attend Can Fit Pro each year in BC and have achieved my IFBB PRO status at the GNC North Americans in 2010 as a Lifetime Natural Athlete.I attended the JIBC in 2012 to do the Sheriff Recruit academy and became a Deputy Sheriff in November of 2012 where I have worked various locations in Vancouver and Victoria BC. I retired my badge at 50 to return to the beauty industry and opened up my own business called Perspecta Beauty with my youngest daughter Brianne.SpecialtiesMy specialties are sports conditioning, pre/postnatal, weight loss, interval training TABATA and Spin. I am known as a very positive motivator.
