Build strong, positive relationships with business owners, managers, team leaders and supervisors within the community to promote Healing Touch Career College and the two programs of study ( Medical Assistant and Massage Therapy).• 1) Coordinates activities of job placement service for students and graduates: Develops placement office procedures. 2) Instructs and trains students regarding soft skills, professionalism in workplace, resume writing , cover letter writing, mock interviews and interview techniques.3) Conducts in-service training program for placement personnel.4) Interviews applicants to determine qualifications and eligibility for externship site and employment opportunities. 5) Assists individuals to develop employment plans based on appraisals of aptitudes, interests, and personality characteristics, and to plan curriculum accordingly.6) Provide students with the tools they need to succeed in their job search, including resume and cover letter writing, employment application, cover letter development, planning and conducting an effective job search, networking skills, interviewing skills, labor market knowledge and job maintenance skills.•2) Maintains records of graduates placed in gainful employment in his/her career.
