• Oversaw all firm events, including seminars, conferences, attorney retreats, receptions, meetings, luncheons, golf outing corporate hospitality tents, charitable events, and political/PAC fundraisers for clients, guests, attorneys and staff. • Managed, executed and staffed off-site sponsorship and trade show exhibits for firm-sponsored events. • Coordinated selection and purchase of firm logo items. • Nurtured working relationships with vendors (caterers, linen and equipment rentals, florists, premiums and incentive reps, photographers, musicians, valets, hotels, country clubs, resorts, etc.). • Worked with firm art director, graphic designer, marketing technology manager and marketing business development managers as related to design of seminar brochures, seminar materials, practice group brochures, invitation packages, and all event signage and materials. • Coordinated and directed assembly of credentials/pitch packages for presentation by attorneys. • Coordinated firm profile and biographical listings in various national directories. • Supervised marketing coordinator, as well as marketing administrative assistant and on-site event support staff as necessary.

Managed registered architects' AIA Detroit and AIA Michigan memberships, communicated with architects and board members, coordinated annual architectural design awards programs, assisted with member receptions, coordinated educational seminars and out-state professional conferences and retreats, including resort site visits and on-site management of said events with Executive Director.
