I am a generalist recruiter with Martin Partners and have over 20 years of retained executive search experience in all industries and functional areas. At Martin Partners, I have concentrated on senior level search engagements in general management, operations, sales, marketing and finance. Industry experience is broad and includes medical devices, association management, manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceutical, business services, higher education, hospitality, ecommerce, real estate and retail.

As the sole practitioner, executed on research and recruiting projects for a variety of clients including retained search firms and F100 corporations. Projects were global in scope and included heavy emphasis in healthcare, consumer products, financial services and hospitality industries in all functionalities. 90% of assignments were generated from repeat business.
