As a Senior Search Consultant in the Executive Search Practice, responsible for research management and retained searches for Ernst & Young's clients. Acted as a Generalist with particular emphasis in the consumer products, healthcare and financial services industries in all functional areas. Additional responsibilities included onboarding and mentoring of new Researchers and Administrative staff.Prior to E&Y, I received a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Communications.
