Quality assurance tasks of user acceptance tester for new IT service offerings and development of user acceptance test plans. Creation of SOPs, user guides, training materials and marketing of IT Services. Working group contributor for the sixteen month re-engineering of EITS' Business Requirements Process and development of a new web presence for our CAMS and ITPOCs to respond to customer requests for new products and services. SharePoint Administrator of the OCIO PMO Sharepoint which includes portfolio hierarchy, project templates, deliverables repository and construction of the workflows for action items, risk registers, and issue logs.
