As a ServiceNow solutions delivery program manager within the technology transformation services division; I'm responsible for business development, customer relations and oversight of the solutions delivery team. I carry the primary responsibility for the overall program as well as budget, schedule and scope of each project within the program.

Establishing the PMO for National Cancer Institute in Frederick. Paramount to the successful PMO establishment is managing the expectations of all stakeholders in accepting the culture shift to project management methodologies. Oversee the new team of project managers and implement project management software and toolsets. Manage the integration of project management practices, establish intake processes, define project lifecycle and incorporate monitoring and support for all projects. Responsible for providing visibility across all DSITP projects, institute effective reporting, quality assurance and metrics throughout the portfolio of projects within DSITP.

As a Project Manager for Dept of Energy's IT Services (EITS) my responsibilities were to establish the new Operations PMO and lead operational projects. The operations projects follow the same PEM methodology as the engineering projects. I was responsible for project schedule, deliverables and stakeholder communications. As lead Project Manager for the Department of Energy's Microsoft Lync Federation I networked with all the Department of Energy Laboratories and Remote Sites to coordinate federation activities, agreements and Site Discoveries.October to November 2015 CICDIM contract Assignment (ActioNet). Project Manager for Salesforce Custom Projects serving the Medicare and Medicaid Innovation Center in Woodlawn, MD. Managed a team of Business Analysts and Developers skilled in Salesforce. Oversaw the custom projects which required a heavier emphasis on stakeholder management, requirements development and quality assurance.

As the Project Coordinator for Dept of Energy's IT Services (EITS) my responsibilities include the facilitation of EITS’ Project Execution Management (PEM) processes and methodology. PEM is the Dept of Energy's implementation of PMBOK. Daily execution of project lifecycle, deliverables, scope, schedule, cost and resource management. Quality assurance tasks of user acceptance tester for new IT service offerings and development of user acceptance test plans. Creation of SOPs, user guides, training materials and marketing of IT Services. Working group contributor for the sixteen month re-engineering of EITS' Business Requirements Process and development of a new web presence for our CAMS and ITPOCs to respond to customer requests for new products and services. SharePoint Administrator of the OCIO PMO Sharepoint which includes portfolio hierarchy, project templates, deliverables repository and construction of the workflows for action items, risk registers, and issue logs. As a ServiceNow administrator, I create CIO dashboards for real-time project tracking, ticket queue visibility for operations and adhoc, custom and auto-generated reports. Daily/Weekly/Monthly coordination of project reporting across OCIO organization including PMO, engineering, operations, quality assurance and cyber security. Daily use of ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, MS Office, MicroStrategy, Powerpedia (Wikipedia) and private wiki (used to provide real-time project status).

PMI Education Coordinator, 1994 – 2010 (overlap with Directorship position)Developed and conducted character education programming for school districts and communities. Recruited, trained, scheduled and evaluated staff to conduct programs to 30,000 students each school year. Collaborated with Temple University to develop a scientific evaluation process. Conducted statistical analysis and tracked behavior outcomes over five year duration per federal grant requirements. Oversaw the grant process, financials & coordinated with federal grant officials (ACF) for on-site reviews. Trained other organizations to conduct programming in their communities, including England, China, Russia and Ghana.

Waynesboro Center Director, 1994 – 2010 (overlap with Education Coordinator position)Responsible for the overall operations including; program management and evaluation; development of services and programs; policies and procedures; recruitment, client and customer relationship management; public relations; staff development; fundraising; and other activities as requested by the Board of Directors.
