I have experience in working with global and multi-state companies, and in different industries, such as manufacturing, legal, transportation, non-profit, construction, education, and retail. My mission is to advocate for continuous improvement, collaboration, innovation, and technology integration in the HR function and the organization as a whole. As a human design projector, I have a deep understanding of people, systems, and energy dynamics. I use this insight to guide and coach others how to best utilize their talents and resources to reach their full potential. With the innate ability to see the "big picture", I am able to identify how things can work together more effectively to help organizations and teams optimize their methods and workflows.
