I use this insight to guide and coach others how to best utilize their talents and resources to reach their full potential. With the innate ability to see the "big picture", I am able to identify how things can work together more effectively to help organizations and teams optimize their methods and workflows. I am also a certified yoga instructor and reiki practitioner, which reflects my passion for wellness and balance.
