I have been in the financial industry for 15 years. Specializing in the Security Based Lending program for stock & bond investors nationwide. We also have a new Capital Advancement program and are now able to assist on the monetization of BG's, SBLC's CD's, Bank Drafts and other financial instruments. We now are also able to offer funding of Development Projects, domestic and foreign.We are able to assist with high LTV funding (up to 100%) of projects, both domestic and foreign, where the client is seeking financing in an expedited manner with minimal “red tape”.Our minimum loan amount is $10MM and the client must be able to provide "Proof of Capability/Funds" in the amount of 5-6% of the projected loan amount.Through the use of third-party investment grade financial instruments which serves as collateral for the project it is possible to obtain funding for up to 100% of the total project funding desired.Specialties: stocks, bonds, stock loans, bond loans, mutual funds, BG's, SBLC's, CD's, Bank Draft Monetization, Capital Advancement
