We now are also able to offer funding of Development Projects, domestic and foreign.We are able to assist with high LTV funding (up to 100%) of projects, both domestic and foreign, where the client is seeking financing in an expedited manner with minimal “red tape”.Our minimum loan amount is $10MM and the client must be able to provide "Proof of Capability/Funds" in the amount of 5-6% of the projected loan amount.Through the use of third-party investment grade financial instruments which serves as collateral for the project it is possible to obtain funding for up to 100% of the total project funding desired.
