Consult and build employee performance support referenced during moment of need for concepts, processes, tasks and steps

Manage and consult on learning programs and performance support for P&C Claims Customer Care Center, Anti-Fraud, and various auto claim departments. Lead a team of trainers that facilitate virtual and classroom training with performance based learning approaches.

Provide resources and training to approximately 1300 employees in several distinct job families and product lines for new employee learning needs and core / upskill / enrichment learning needs with goal of continuous improvement. Manage and engage team of 8 technical trainers who employ performance based learning in mostly virtual settings. Partner with leadership to identify and solve business problems and employ performance improvement strategies. Continuously measure training results for compliance, effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.

Manage team of 10-11 technical trainers to support the new hire training needs as well as learning needs for approximately 1300 employees.
