With over 25 years of experience in sales and business development in the life sciences industry, I am a seasoned and successful leader of high-performing teams. I joined Bio-Techne in 2020 as a Sales Specialist for Biologics, and quickly advanced to Sales Manager and then Senior Sales Manager for the Americas region.My core competencies include mentoring and coaching new reps, managing key accounts and territories, negotiating contracts, communicating complex solutions, and delivering results. I have a proven track record of growing the Biologics instrumentation business at Bio-Techne, by partnering with clients to understand their workflows and objectives, and by executing capital equipment sales and enterprise solutions across multiple sites. I am passionate about providing superior service and value to our customers, and enabling them to achieve their scientific and clinical goals.
