Participated in business support projects aligned to department’s learning management system, and other special projects. Delivered on project components representing financial portfolio of Global Learning Management System for Learning and Develop (L&D) department. Led trainings sessions for administrators, trainers, and learners / managers on LMS 7.6 Upgrade. • Guaranteed all stakeholders understood how to engage end users on learning management related events by explaining department’s structure and ensuring alignment with Citi best practice standards.• Created process documentation guides to include new 7.6 steps, ensuring global administrators, trainers, and learners / managers understood how to use upgraded LMS.• Provided regional LMS support to multiple sites, including conducting audits on LMS data and providing reports, and reviewing course / class / activity information for accuracy.• Created and maintained LMS End-to-End (E2E) Process Document, including best policy and procedures to follow in LMS. • Transitioned from Training Server (TS) to the SumTotal LMS (LMS), creating multiple job aids to assist with transition from TS to LMS.
