I'm also responsible for the marketing and sales of products, administrative services and the Enterprise Group. I am a company liaison for National Industries for the Blind, Unique Source, and the agencies government partners like DOD/DLA, USDA, VA and Bureau of Prisons. I am active in the Lancaster downtown Penn Square Rotary; serves on the Board and as the Chair for the PR Committee, Lancaster City Alliance Merchants Committee, the Millersville University Disability Arts Committee, member of the Women’s networking groups, L3 and a member of Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. In the past I've served on the Advisory Board for Women in Business Mentoring Committee for the Chamber, on the Board of Directors for Humane League of Lancaster County, an Advisory Board member of LYP (Lancaster Young Professionals), an Ambassador for the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, the YWCA’s Events Committee and Mentor for the Young Professionals Network (YPN) group for the Chamber and Chair of the Extraordinary Give event, Great Giving Gig. I was honored to be the 2017 recipient of the Athena Award. I've been a guest speaker for Community First Fund, Leadership Lancaster and PA Travel & Tourism.

Develops and maintains relationships with trade associations and may participate in trade shows with staff.Marketing1. Independently conduct complex market research to determine market share and other relevant business environment indicators. Makes recommendations to guide the management team in making critical decisions based on key research data. 2. Develops product, sales, and program launch plans and coordinates with the different departments to develop and carry out launch plans in a consistent manner. 3. Serves as the community liaison and has a presence at events and networking opportunities with potential and current industrial partners.
