Cultivating collaborative public-private partnerships for San Francisco’s newly established Children’s Advocacy Center, a multi-disciplinary forensic interviewing center that responds to incidents of child abuse.Aligned and focused the key leadership of five city agencies for the first time to work collaboratively on shared priorities to strategically improve San Francisco’s child abuse response system in a data-informed manner. ProInspire Fellow brought on to project manage the renovation and establishment of San Francisco’s first Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC). Delivered on-time, on-budget project completion by objectively resolving relationship and requirement conflicts within the public-private partnership of eight government and nonprofit entities. Managed the $4M budget and financial closure satisfactorily and error-free for SFCAPC and its partners. Researched and neutrally resolved legal lease issues with pro-bono real estate counsel for four sub-tenants. Established post-construction program and facility operations that allowed for a smooth transition without service interruption for clients and partners.Hired and supervised two staff to create and grow an effective operations team. Performed reporting and financial modeling for grants, donors and the Board of Directors that led to an organizational decision to invest in the purchase of the CAC facility.

Circumnavigated the globe, backpacking solo through 34 countries for 17 months.
