In my current role as a Data Developer, I enhance marketing data per client request.

As a partner project coordinator, I managed 800+ backlogged data projects (including often manually scrubbing salvaged data for ingestion). I worked with key partners to implement a cloud-based data transfer system. Our revamped QA system reduced an eight-year project backlog by 21% within eight months. I then trained project managers on updated operations processes, witnessing a doubling of their project capacity. I prepared all documentation related to onboarding and trained new partner coordinator hires.

As a QA improvement lead, I co-developed internal tools to optimize 3rd party data ingestion (first for the vendor operations team, and then for the partner operations team). I provided regular stakeholder reports on product implementation and development status. I also prepared all documentation relating to the new QC/QA system, including training manuals for new hires. Our optimized process increased raw data structure quality from ≈60% to ≈90-95%.

As a vendor project coordinator, I managed 3rd-party digital transcription projects of Spanish, Cyrillic, Portuguese, English, and German historical records. I personally executed an annual deliverable budget of $1.25 million. My role included drafting RFPs, vetting vendor bids, drafting initial contracts, and negotiating contract amendments throughout the project lifecycle. I also utilized SQL to do manual data scrubbing where needed. I trained new project manager hires and worked with vendors to transition deliverable data from .xml to pipe-delimited .csv.

As a German language education mentor for the BYU Missionary Training Center, I taught 200+ pupils in English-Second language skills, German-Second language skills and professionalism. I co-developed a centralized online-based curriculum, spearheading the application of German-based activities.

As a resident assistant, I managed 120 students living in 24 apartments dedicated to learning various target foreign-languages. I planned weekly and monthly resident activities and increased participation by 150%.

As a front desk clerk, I assisted student residents with maintenance requests, move-in/out procedures, lock-out assistance, and mail delivery.
