Relax therapy was created to reach a broader community for the work I so passionately believe in. I am a trauma informed, frontline Physical Therapist helping with pelvic pain.As a former professional dancer, avid yoga and gyrotonic’s student, I have a dynamic approach to functional body movement integrating the body’s internal and external expressions. I also believe in mentoring all people to lead a physically healthy lifestyle through relaxation, yoga, weight training, and bodywork; or whatever movement that makes you and your body sing!
