During my tenure as a contractor at South State Bank, I operated within the IT Enterprise Project Management Office, specializing in merger-related transition activities. Collaborating closely with IT leadership, I facilitated discussions and documented the scope, timelines, and resource needs for transition efforts, spanning networking infrastructure and software unification. Key responsibilities included overseeing the end-to-end demand management process, moderating discovery meetings with senior IT stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and managing collateral submission for Governance, Risk, Information Security, and Project Management Offices.

In my role as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Trident United Way, I spearheaded initiatives to streamline and modernize processes in alignment with best practices for high-performing non-profit organizations and boards. Collaborating closely with development, finance, and marketing teams, I ensured consistent messaging from the CEO across all communication channels, fostering a unified organizational voice. Amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, I successfully orchestrated the transition to web-based staff and board meetings, facilitating seamless continuity of operations.
