* Track monthly accountability of 100+ recruits * Publish/Forward reports, assist in training* Scrub lodging manifest, assign fire guards

* Reports to the shift supervisor or his/her designee.* Prepares equipment and parts for paint and blast processes.* Work with and have general knowledge of shop procedures as they relate to blasting and painting of various commercial or military equipment and systems.* Have knowledge of and follow all hazmat and safety aspects of the job to include storage and disposal of products.* Utilize and maintain all personal protective equipment (PPE) in performance of assigned duties and tasks.* With minimal direction and supervision from senior blast and/or paint technician, sand, blast and prepare parts and components to achieve the required texture for painting. * Document blast/paint actions on commercial or military systems while observing all safety and EPA requirements.* Must be capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds un-assisted; be capable of standing/stooping/bending/kneeling for long periods of time in performance of assigned tasks.* Prepare equipment for re-assembly; perform minor touch-up painting for job completion.* Ensure the facility and equipment is correctly cleaned and maintained at all times.* Conduct: pre-washing, blasting, cleaning, sanding, painting vehicles and small parts utilizing hand, block and mechanical sand equipment, masking and cleaning surfaces for proper adhesion, and assist other blasters/painters as needed.* Performs maintenance on blast/paint equipment and may perform equipment maintenance tasks in other areas of the shop as needed or directed.* Assist mechanics with installation of windows, lights, floor covering, pullies, mirrors, hoses, and wheels. * Assist paint with cut-ins.* Perform other duties assigned pertaining to functionality of work related tasks.

I mainly do small contrustion projects to include erecting privacy fences, correcting chain link fences, dog kennel roofs, brush removal, and concrete sidewalks/patio removal and replacements. I also dabble in organizational tasks and moving services.

I graduated with Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Psychology and commissioned into the United States Army (Medical Service Corps, Reserve Commponent) in May
