 Purchased all products for resale from equipment to supplies, maintained cost and ensured company profitability. Conferred with vendors: obtained products and service information, pricing, availability, service standards and delivery schedules to increase sales. Discussed defective or unacceptable goods with vendors and took corrective action where needed. Entered all items into the computer and maintained pricing, set minimum and maximum reorder points for inventoried items.

 Called on office supply dealers in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area. Conducted sales meetings and training for sales personnel on products available to assist them in reach their sales goals. Made consumer calls with sales personnel to their accounts to demonstrate various products to increase sales. Delivered product oriented seminars to consumers at the request of the sales personnel. Conducted consumer shows to achieve an awareness of products available through the office supply dealer. Assisted dealers in developing a pricing contract for the various consumers. Ordered samples/literature needed for dealers and consumers.

This resulted in a savings to the company, eliminating down time and overtime pay. The success is measured by consistent growth from $3,000,000 to $57,000,000 in sales.
