I focus on what's important to my students in my business. I teach small classes to individuals, primarily over the age of 40, many with health isssues. I am passionate about the differences yoga can make for anyone in their life at all levels. I have to adapt my teaching in any given class to meet the needs of the students in front of me that day. I also offer and teach private sessions to students who want a more personal experience of yoga and/or need special attention due to a physical or emotional challenge.
