During my tenure at AER, I transitioned from a novice to a proficient React Developer, making it a pivotal period in my career. I arrived with basic React knowledge but now boast expertise in essential front-end skills, including MUI for styling, Redux for state management, and Jest and Cypress for testing. These skills are invaluable assets that will undoubtedly shape my future in development.I contributed to a large-scale Admin Insurance Portal, designed for companies to manage their client data comprehensively. This dynamic project serves as the pinnacle of my capabilities as a developer.

During my tenure at Headline, I had the opportunity to contribute to a myriad of in-house projects, gaining valuable experience in various realms of software development. A noteworthy assignment involved constructing a comprehensive Dashboard application, which provided a real-time view of all the applications developed by Headline, alongside their active user count. This was accomplished through the integration of the Google Analytics API.Interestingly, this project not only served as my first concrete endeavor in React but also proved to be a gateway for acquiring a foundational understanding of the React framework.Additionally, I participated in market research activities, synthesizing reports and statistical presentations for third-party clients, such as Stoptober. This task honed my analytical skills and widened my grasp on data interpretation and visualization.Recognizing a gap in the job application process on Headline's landing page, I proposed and created an extension to streamline the process. The form, complete with its functionality, was developed using React and meticulously mirrored the style and animations present in the original WordPress themes.This project served as a practical application of my knowledge of the AGILE methodology, employed through Jira, and introduced me to the Cypress testing framework.
