As a Senior Associate Attorney at Sethi & Mazaheri, LLC, I bring a specialized focus to the intersecting fields of immigration, entertainment, and art law. Over the past seven years, I have concentrated on guiding clients within the arts and creative industries through the intricate landscape of work authorization and immigrant visa matters, with particular expertise in O, P, and EB-1 Visas. My legal practice encompasses more than just immigration; I serve as outside counsel to a diverse array of talent management and arts organizations, both domestically and internationally. In this capacity, I manage a wide spectrum of legal issues—ranging from contract negotiation and intellectual property matters to employment and immigration compliance—ensuring that my clients receive robust legal protection and representation.Beyond my role at Sethi & Mazaheri, I took the initiative to establish an enterprise focused on empowering immigrant artists by providing them with employment opportunities and platforms for creative expression. My commitment to supporting artists extends to my advisory role with the Artistic Freedom Initiative, a nonprofit dedicated to aiding at-risk international artists through pro bono immigration services and resettlement support. Additionally, I am honored to serve on the board of Big Dance Theater, a New York-based organization celebrated for its innovative fusion of dance, drama, and literature.Driven by a deep passion for art and culture, I also serve as the director of the FOLCS International Short Film Competition, a platform that elevates the work of independent filmmakers addressing human rights themes.
