• Responsible for providing the financial performance of the project team covering revenues, expenses, overhead, and profit margins, that are in line with project delivery timeline and delivery.• Preparation of budget and forecast of a project.• Analyze the variances between budget, forecast, and actual and discussing the variances with sales and marketing, project delivery team, and other related businesses.• Liaise closely with business teams (including sales, delivery, procurement and collection team) to monitor the sale and delivery processes.
