 Responsible in performing Surveillance, Hold, Witness or Review Inspections on work done by construction to ensure compliance to the plan and design and in charge in mandatory documents requirement (technical data, MIR, etc), and compliance as per Method Statement Carefully maintain compliant and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions  Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits. Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product/materials to confirm quality conformance to specification and quality deliverable`s. Develop and apply testing process for new and existing products to meet client needs. Witnessing Factory acceptance test if its in accordance with the project requirement. Communicating with other departments such as project management and engineering to coordinate scheduling for QA testing Reporting discovered defects to all relevant departments for correction Conforming to regulations and international standards when it comes to testing and quality assurance In-charge in Inspection regards to Installation (RFI), pre‐commissioning & PMC Inspection notice (T&C) of Electrical & Instrumentation.  Organize and preparation of Quality Verification Documents for the Mechanical Completion of the project. Ensure that all in the site is in accordance with the approved engineering design & specification. Conduct routine internal meetings with QC inspectors for further vigilance to the potential problems which must be tackled accordingly to avoid non‐conformities. Conduct or Perform site visit for making Daily Punchlist report preparation to be issued and provide suitable option to minimize Cost and maximize Quality. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing established project procedures relating to safety and quality requirements.
