• Responsible for completing bank reconciliations, journal entries, and generating financial statements for multiple companies which include restaurants, wholesalers, and hotels in accordance with GAAP
• Perform annual inventory audits for large wholesale companies (3 million in revenue)
• Resolve tax issues between taxpayers and taxing authorities

• Work closely with General Manager, President, and Housekeeping to ensure smooth operation and maintain a healthy and orderly work environment
• Ensure customer satisfaction by training staff to provide exceptional customer service
• Strengthened performance level of employees by successfully implementing a Rewards Program
• Make necessary arrangements of all the requested amenities and special accommodations
• Deal firsthand with guest bookings/reservations and coordinate with housekeeping to log clean/dirty and vacant/occupied rooms
• Make weekend rounds around the hotel to ensure everything is on par with the highest standard (cleanliness of hotel, broken lights, locked doors for blind entries) and implement changes if need be
