● Projects review design consultant drawing packages, construction shop drawings, installation, supervision, procurement, contracts review, materials submittals and operations.● System technical knowledge such as Overlooking overall engineering site operations of the assigned project.● Assigning responsibilities and scheduling site works to the assigned teams and personnel.● Reviewing the site works particularly if it’s commented and initiating corrective actions.● Leads/guide and performs quality control on all engineering aspects especially with the zone team(draftsman, supervisor, site engineers and subcontractors)● Ensuring and monitoring project works compliance according to work codes, standard practices & policies and project specifications.● Prepare and review project documents such as coordination of drawings, checklists, letters, transmittals, site work plans, subcontractor payments, status reports and other related documents for the assigned zones.

● Responsible for the site work implementation and documentation in order to achieve the project target completion date.● Supervise subcontractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the suppliers for timely delivery of equipment.● Perform testing and commissioning of the installed systems and handover to the parties concerned.● Lead on installations across all projects.● Meet with clients and conduct pre-sales site surveys.● Work with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are completed on-time and within budget.● Undertake reactive maintenance when required as well as product demonstrations.

● Fully in charge of assigned commercial projects.● Provide Technical Support for LV systems like Security (CCTV & ACS), Structured Cabling System (ISP/OSP), Public Address System, and Audio-Visual System including design, and integration.● Supervise/Follow up all on-site activities to ensure compliance to related projectspecifications/standards.

•Manages specific projects, technical teams, and resources.•Makes sure projects are executed and completed in a timely manner and as per client satisfaction.•Presents a monthly report concerning each project performance and various technical teams•Carries out project handover and completion procedures.

•Design verification combining independent assessment, review of fabrication drawings and detailed review of design reports.•Responsible for drafting of the technical aspects of Invitation to Tender and contracts. Liaison with clients and the preparation of technical proposals.•Responsible for every design of each project the company involves with.•Supervise and overseeing surveys, construction and installation works.

•Installations of audio on-air, editing, and live mixer and other audio equipment's like speakers, players, converters, filters, effects, DJ devices, and interfaces.•Performs maintenance and service for on-air studios for radio broadcast equipment.•Conducts trainings and seminars for newly installed systems for audio to clients.•Handles, supervise, troubleshoot and maintain major audio systems of Kuwait Radio Broadcasting in the Ministry of Information most especially the On-Air studios and the Master Control Radio (MCR).

•Ensures the function and stability of all the industrial machine of the factory.•Adopt and implement a detailed maintenance plan, which is designed to minimize if not eliminate all unplanned equipment outages.•Comply with quality, safety, environmental management systems and procedures to ensure all duties are executed in a safe manner, minimizing harm to the environment, self and others.•Maintain an inventory of requirement spare parts and supplies, as required to minimize back-order and delivery down-time.
