I was also assigned to do improvements and problem-solving in some fields. -Reducing COD on Biodiesel Plant: managed to find the root cause of the high COD problem-Biodiesel Plant Debottlenecking: calculate equipment and piping needed for upsizing plant’s capacity-ME Fractionation Steam Generator Blowdown Recovery: managed to calculate and propose improvement idea to reuse steam generator blowdown as cooling tower make-up, saving cooling water supply-Fatty Acid Plant Water Pinch and Steam Mapping: did mapping for water and steam for the whole plant and proposed to save water and steam certain area
