• Manages and leads designated housing teams.• Designs, compiles and distributes monthly management reports for department.• Manages personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, and performance issues.• Works with both direct and indirect reports to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.• Provides training to new and existing staff as needed.• Responds to requests from Senior Management in a timely manner and works on special projects, as assigned.• Tests MMI software system enhancements, make recommendations for system improvements, and participate in conversion activities, as assigned.• Analyze and makes recommendations to the Director related to, appropriate staffing levels, business processes, and streamlined workflows. • Develops performance plans, disciplinary actions, and conducts coaching sessions, providing individual feedback on a regular basis.• Researches detail for external complaints such as BBB and Attorney General.
