I started off as a host for O'Charley's in 1995, then moved on to being a trainer on the training opening team which traveled around and opened and O'Charley's trained the new employees. I work there for about 9 years. In 2008 I started a new job at Joe's Crab Shack. I started off as a server and worked my way up to bartending and worked my way into being the bar manager. I work for Joe's Crab shack till 2017 when they closed them down in our state. I went to work for Stacked Pickle in 2018. I got to set up and open my own bar in the Plainfield area and was the bar manager there for a year. I then needed something a lot closer to home so that's when I started working at Applebee's in 2019 started as a server working my way to bar tending now I am a key manager there. As of now I do the track orders and run the kitchen and the front of the house during the days. I have my ServSafe certificate. I have my liquor license.
