Front facing client representative managing client relationships and their Direct Mail and Fulfillment projects for over 20MM mailings monthly, by leading clients and production departments through all stages of their Direct Mail projects. Over 21 years of success in teaming with clients while coordinating with supporting teams to ensure the production of marketing materials are accurate, timely and successful campaigns are delivered. Working in several verticals including Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Financial and Health Care.

As a return employee of this Direct Mail company, my responsibilities included successfully mailing an average of 8MM pieces a month. My duties were to manage all facets of each project as the direct point of contact, maintaining the client’s as well as the internal schedules, providing instruction to the letter shop from data processing, lasering, bindery, inserting, through to postal. At the same time tracking inventory, providing postage estimates, and customizing reports to meet the client’s needs to ensure a successful mailing. My knowledge in the letter shop environment includes but is not limited to Continuous Form lasers, simplex/duplex, Sheetfed, micr lines, bindery, labelairing, match card affixing, tabbing, high speed inserting, read write, and in-home-date scheduled mailings.

Initiate, oversee and manage all direct mail projects within the agency. In house as well as vendor database management, direct mail and print vendor management including quote requests, vendor invoicing, and client billing. Provide administrative support to six Managing Partners. Assist Advertising/Marketing Managing Partner with New Business RFP responses. Management of corporate American Express expenses. Additional responsibilities include supporting many of the agency’s operational functions.

Primary responsibility was to lead clients through all facets of direct mail as well as daily fulfillment order processing. This included project estimation, print and list purchasing, data requirements, production scheduling, and inventory control. Along with scheduling shipments via, Fed –Ex, UPS, United States Postal Service, with the end result being a successful campaign that satisfied not only the client but also the company that the client represented. Directly responsible for the daily contact of clientele including daily order processing involving legal and financial documents as well as promotional inventory. Clientele consisted of; Provident Mutual, The 401K Company, Lincoln Financial, Shareholders, Equiserve, Virtua Health, Triton Cellular, Motorola, Custom Direct and Modell’s.
