Managed development, implementation, and maintenance of UMUC World-wide eChapter Program by working closely with Graduate School of Management and Technology, School of Undergraduate Studies, Europe, and Asia to identify required first 3 textbook chapters of all respective courses, submitting a request to applicable publishers for the PDF files, creating in-house PDF files and maintaining database to ensure student of currency of all eChapters.• Maintained up-to-date eChapters first in WebTycho (CMS) then in Equella for all 4 schools (Undergraduate, Graduate, Europe, and Asia) each semester ensuring students had needed content to start course, even if textbook was on backorder.• Sourced usable formatted (PDF) chapters from various outside vendors / publishers uploaded to WebTycho, Equella, and/or D2L.• Worked extensively with Europe and Asia ensuring that overseas students had access to eChapters.• Ensured smooth workflow by effectively managing 2 student workers.
