Hi! I am a first-generation rising sophomore at UCLA studying Public Affairs. With a strong background in public health advocacy and community engagement, I aim to become a lawyer specializing in immigration law.Currently, I work in administration and grants for the Research Support Office at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. My roles as a Peer Wellness Advocate and Student Advisor for the Los Angeles Trust for Children’s Health have allowed me to develop expertise in creating presentations, hosting campaigns, and engaging diverse communities. As president of Health Occupations Students of America, I led my chapter of over 100 members, honing my leadership, communication, and event-organizing skills.As a College Peer Counselor, I provide personalized guidance through the college application process, demonstrating my ability to support others in their educational journey. My diverse experiences and leadership roles have equipped me to advocate for individuals, protect their rights, and make a positive impact through law and community service.
