I have a passion for helping people achieve optimal health and wellness in mind, body and sprit. I have been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2016. I received my E-200RYT (over 1,000 teaching hours) in 2018 and my 500RYT in 2021. My heart lies with those struggling with anxiety, depression and grief. Before teaching yoga I spent the greater part of 20 years working in the Christian church where I was given the beautiful opportunity to bring people closer to Christ and their authentic selves, which I continue to do through my practice. I was given the opportunity to step aside and spend time caring for my mother-in-law and mother in hospice. I thrive on challenges, problem solving, organizing, planning and enjoy learning new things, especially technology, but my love is for helping people. My personal interests include spending time with my wonderful husband, son, and fur & feathered babies. I enjoy traveling, foreign films, fine art, the ballet, all genres of music, learning, cleaning and organizing. I am also a thrill seeker and enjoy hang gliding, skydiving and flying. I’m currently learning marketing through social media and enjoy all things technology.
