Oversee, through the Operations Assistant, operations at Front desk including: daily deposits, daily transactions, household maintenance, reporting and reconciliation. Direct the development and coordination special events/ tournaments at facilities. Develop and coordinate programs for area facilities using full and part time staff and volunteers.Meet on a regular basis with government, schools,business committees, and leaders to communicate WECMRD efforts, developments and innovations.Direct staff in pursuit of WECMRD goals developed by the Board of Directors; ensure staff compliance with procedures and policies; coach, advise, discipline and terminate employees as required.Schedule and coordinate maintenance/operations for indoor/outdoor complexes/facilities. The Eagle County Fairgrounds Sports Complex is a 8 acre parcel of land located in Eagle, Colorado. The site is owned by Eagle County Government and managed by WECMRD. I planned, directed, and coordinated the operations and programs for the complex.
