Fiscal Management:Manages, monitor and review grants,contracts & subawards annual and multiyear budgets to legally comply with federal, state and local laws. Plan, prepare, implements, supervise and evalute program activities and services. Oversee internal and external control for budget revisions/justification and general ledger operation. Prepare grant closeout in accordance with OMB.Create, and submit financial reports (such as , 361 budgets reports, SF425, DOE399) and Grant Schedules to Grant PI, staff/faculty , admnistrators, program agencies and local municipalities.Respond and solve inquiries from programs agencies; interacts with adminstation, departments on internal and external guidance, policies and procedures.Prepare, draw, and reconcile grants invoices, cash reimbursements for federal, state and local municipalities awards. Analyze monthly expenditures, budgets to resolve budgeting and compliance issues.Provide technical expertise on grant training and specification to administrators, staff/ facluty.Provided techical expertise to department directors, in relation to grant awards and other grant lated issue,including but not limited to, personnel contributions, time & effort and grant budgetary applications. Review and approve all grants, sub-awards, leases and contracts requisitions; verifying budgetary funding and issue purchase ordersMaintain, file and store all financial documents in accordance with agencies guidance lines.
