● Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, documenting findings andproviding counsel and recommendations for resolution across all service lines and geographicareas.● Efficiently manage the documentation process for employee relations issues using theServiceNow system as the designated system of record.● Utilize data analysis and root cause analysis techniques to identify trends and workcollaboratively with the Director to develop and deliver targeted education and trainingprograms aimed at improving leader and employee interactions.● Collaborate with Operations and Legal departments to ensure risk mitigation in cases involvingreductions in force, site terminations, involuntary terminations, and corrective actions.● Interpret and apply surgical center and corporate policies, employment law, and otherregulations.
