• Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, documenting findings andproviding counsel and recommendations for resolution across all service lines and geographicareas.
• Efficiently manage the documentation process for employee relations issues using theServiceNow system as the designated system of record.

• Support the Leave of Absence team by assisting in the coordination of FMLA and ADA approvalprocesses.

• Respond to complex and/or sensitive teammate relations issues and labor relations concerns,including gathering and analyzing evidence, applying relevant laws, policies, and past practicesto reach appropriate outcomes.
• Provide consultation to teammates and/or management as requested; assisting withdevelopment and delivery of appropriate feedback, including Performance Improvement Plansand Corrective/Disciplinary Actions.
• Build and leverage relationships within People Services, and with Field Partners; providingsupport and coaching to mitigate risk, address performance concerns, and resolve employeerelations issues.
