With over 29 years of experience in various organizations and roles, I am the CEO and founder of Freshly Simple, a company that offers training, coaching, HR services, and consulting in corporate and personal development. I am passionate about bringing about a change in the feel and method of training through very simplistic and fresh methods.I have a strong background in business HR, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management. I have worked on niche areas like creating competency matrix, role expectations, and career paths based on competencies, analyzing gaps, and creating learning interventions to bridge the gaps. I have also set up processes and systems for different businesses and functions. I have a certification in HR Business Partner from Aon Hewitt and a certification in Learning and Development from HRDF Malaysia.
