• Trusted thought leader recruited to lead the Company’s Investor Relations and Corporate Communications function, leveraging extensive experience as a former buy-side equity analyst, to serve as the primary spokesperson and liaison between the investment community, financial media and C-suite, as the Company prepared for its initial public offering (IPO). IPO has been delayed indefinitely due to COVID-19 pandemic.• Advanced the understanding of the Company’s corporate strategy, growth opportunities, financial performance and outlook among investors, sell-side analysts and the financial media through ongoing relationship building.• Prepared key strategic messaging documents and presentation materials for the Company’s Analyst Day, financial model, investor meetings and SEC filings, in collaboration with internal executives and external financial and legal advisors.

•Collaborated with SVP of Investor Relations and Treasury on all aspects of investor relations policies, objectives and initiatives for both The Madison Square Garden Company and MSG Networks, including development of strategic communication of investment messaging and financial results for investors and sell-side analysts.•Prepared quarterly earnings collateral, including: drafting of earnings releases, conference call scripts, talking points for Q&A and financial metrics packages. •Provided assessment of investor perceptions regarding business segment financial performance, competitive market position, valuation metrics and expected sentiment on proposed initiatives.•Created data-driven reporting tools to provide advice and feedback for C-suite, including: analysis of sell-side models, company-specific and industry financial trends, peer competitive dynamics and actions, as well as shareholder feedback.
