Sheryl Albers is a licensed attorney, longtime lawmaker given 17 years of service in the WI Legislature, who served as Police Commissioner and Commission Secretary/also Chair, served ad grant administrator/ Special Prosecutor operating out of a District Attorney's office, Administrative Manager at the WI 4-H Foundation, served as Committee Clerk and Office Assistant to a State Senator. Sheryl lead development of legislative policy as chair of the Assembly's “Property Rights and Land Management” and “Elections and Constitutional Law” and "Insurance, Securities and Corporate Policy" committees. After attaining Juris Doctorate Degree in Law in 2004 from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Sheryl engaged in the practice of law serving private pay clients and accepting public defender appointment, created and administered a diversion program for adult offenders, as Special Prosecutor in a rural WI county. She is a Ripon College graduate, alum of the WI Rural Leadership Program (Group III) alumni, a former licensed private pilot, and member in good standing of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
