Represent the District in its real estate transactions. Liaise relationships and communications between interdisciplinary project teams and transaction counterparties. Technical skills encompass asset planning, evaluating and selecting sites; negotiating agreement terms, generating letters of intent; completing due diligence; obtaining executive approvals; coordinating legal agreements; and closing deals. Post-acquisition oversight includes proposing and managing operations expense budgets, lease administration, and reporting portfolio metrics.
