After nearly five years of providing eldercare focused businesses with online education, marketing and consulting services, Lifelines Academy retired in 2013. Ultimate Escapes was a luxury destination club offering diverse vacation experiences to its 1,300+ members. My responsibilities included business development with developers, hoteliers and service providers across the globe including China and general legal compliance and member relations.

BVG Incorporated is a luxury waterfront residential real estate developer which had nearly 1 billion in developments in various stages during my employment. In addition to GC & VP, I was responsible for a $32 million startup destination club, which included private placement of limited partnership interests from member-investors; overseeing the purchasing, renovating, staffing and designing of 8 multi-million dollar homes in 8 distinct vacation destinations; putting together customer service teams at all locations to meet 5-star expectations; and ultimately seeking, negotiating with and closing with a buyer (Ultimate Escapes, which then hired me).

Litigated cases involving injuries, neglect or abuse occuring in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Managed significant caseload and staff of paralegals and legal nurse consultants. Developed extensive knowledge of medical issues common among the elderly population, regulatory mandates and complexities of operating long term care facilities. Also gained tremendous admiration for and understanding of family caregivers.
