As The Entrepreneur's Attorney, I work with growth-focused entrepreneurs and their businesses enterprises, from start-up to exit. Since 1995, I've worked with hundreds of business owners, as well as angel and VC investors in early stage companies. To share my love of entrepreneurship, I provide scholarships for youth interested interested in business through Think Big for Kids and I am a frequent speaker to student entrepreneurship organizations, trade associations and local business groups. I also serve on two boards: Synapse, a nonprofit dedicated to sparking innovation in Florida and Bambino, a for profit technology company that helps parents find, book and pay babysitters through an App.
