With over 20 years of experience in e-commerce, telecom, and food industry, I am a seasoned leader and strategist in commercial, business development, platform governance, customer experience, supply chain, logistics and operations management. As the Head of Fashion Commercial Team at Lazada, I oversee the development and execution of platform seller-buyer strategies, policies, and partnerships enabling the business to become the leading online shopping and selling destination in the country. Previously, I led the Business Development, Platform Governance and Policy teams at Lazada, where I established and enforced the standards and best practices for seller performance, platform integrity, and customer satisfaction. My team led the astronomical growth on seller base with centrally designing and launching AI strategy, improve over-all NPS. I also have a strong background in purchasing, product management, new product launches and process improvement, having worked with Jollibee Foods Corporation and Globe Telecom, where I implemented cost-saving initiatives, optimized supply chain operations, and launched innovative products and services. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Santo Tomas and units on MBA-Regis Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business.
