● Oversee day-to-day operations of the Psychiatry residency program (75 house staff program)● Provide resources and support to the Program Directors and Residents● Familiar with and interpret the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education institutional, core and program requirements to support compliance● Coordinate data submission for GMEC, WebAds, FREIDA, ABPN and other national organizations● Manage the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) process. Assist Program Director in screening candidates. Schedule candidates and faculty for interviews. Coordinate logistics for each recruitment day. Update recruitment materials provided to applicants. Compile interview scores and compile final rank list.● Coordinate the departmental orientation schedules● Prepare documents and coordinate activities for site visits. Serves as key participant in site visit● Supervise and train two assistants and one subspecialty coordinator● Diversity and Inclusion Committee member● Secure computer labs, test software, and proctor Annual Residents In-Training exam● Coordinate other programmatic educational and annual events (such as Graduation, Faculty Day, Career/Fellowship Day)
