Current- Drive positive progress against DEI strategy and goals and ensure alignment of DEI strategies with broader Talent Management strategy to attract, develop and retain diverse talent.
- Administer and manage Affirmative Action program to drive compliance and ensure the program is aligned with broader DEI strategies and efforts as well as provide policy guidance relating to Equal Employment and.
- Lead and develop Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to drive success towards employee engagement, ERG and broader DEI goals.
- Partner with Talent Management and other key stakeholders to focus on diverse talent development and mentorship.
- Evaluate and provide DEI metrics as needed, both internally and externally to promote transparency and accountability and for external benchmarking.
- Develop relationships with external diverse partners and early talent programs to build diverse talent pipeline.
